Irides Announces Rollout of New MY Irides
Customer Portal

Today Irides announced the launch of the new MY Irides customer
service portal. The new web based support site will better allow
customers to manage their support tickets and get service promptly
for any issues they may encounter. Furthermore, Irides Managed
Hosting Customers with monitoring service will have significantly
improved visibility into the performance and utilization of
their devices.
Said Kelley Edwards, Irides Director of Engineering, "The
new myIrides customer portal will greatly improve responsiveness
to customer requests for service, and dramatically increase
the ability of dedicated hosting customers to evaluate the effectiveness
of their Irides Managed Hosting Solutions."
Managed Hosting customers in particular benefit from the new
portal through such features as bandwidth utilization tracking,
individual server component utilization tracking, application
uptime tracking as well as environmental conditions monitoring
and configurable warning thresholds for notification.
The improved tracking of open tickets and better visibility
into monitoring are complemented by increased record keeping,
allowing customers to evaluate the service they receive from
Irides over a long period of time in a single glance.
